Easy Artichoke Dip

2 cups finely chopped artichokes
2 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
Mix together and heat in the microwave for about 10 min. Serve in a sourdough bread bowl with bread chunks, or any cracker of your choice.
This recipe is from our fellow chick Vicki, she said you can add a pkg. of Knorr vegetable dip mix, but it is not necessary.

The recipe sounds yummy. Can't wait to try it. Is it canned or bottled artichoke or fresh? I don't know too much about artichokes. What about Michpavik (mish-pa-vik) for the name of your mascott? Michelle, Paula and Vicki. Love ya. Mom

Claudine, the artichokes are the bottled marinated artichoke hearts. Also, I frequently use 1 cup sour cream instead of the 1/2 cup. I also alternate with the soup mix and without. Sometimes I make it one way, the next time I make it the other way. It is all good!
